Cancellations and Refunds
Events and classes may be cancelled due to weather, lack of participation, or other conditions. In the event that EXG cancels an activity, full refunds will be issued. It is imperative that all registrants note their contact information with every registration so that we can notify them of cancellations.
A registrant may also cancel. Full refunds will be issued with a 48 hour cancellation notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 prior to the event or activity.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a check, and may take up to two weeks to be received.

Conduct
Sportsman-like conduct is appreciated at all games, classes and activities. Persons causing disruption, either verbally or physically, will be asked to leave the area. Cheating or purposefully not abiding by game rules will be grounds for dismissal from games, and no refund will be issued. In team events, if one member of the team cheats or skirts game rules, both team members will be disqualified from the event and will forfeit entry fees. Should a participant or team win an event, and later it is discovered that cheating occurred, the participant or member will be removed from the final standings, and a new winner will be announced. An email with the new winner list and the reason for the new list will be sent to all registrants/participants in the event. All efforts, up to and including legal action, will be taken to recover any winner’s prizes. Newly ranked winners will only be issued warranted and advertised prizes if and when the original prize is recovered from the disbarred participant(s).
Participants mistreating their horse, or others’ horses, will be asked to leave the premises, and no refund will be given. Mistreatment of an egregious nature will be reported to the proper authorities. Participants who harm a horse in any way will not be allowed to register for any future Equine X Games event. Equine X Games management exercises sole authority in determining what constitutes mistreatment and/or harm.
