Summer 2009 Review and 2010 plans

We started in late May this year with a new website, new forum, and the main event only three months away. This was not enough time to get the word out to people and have them train and plan for the event. While we had several participants register, there were not nearly enough to cover the event expenses. However, publicizing the event did give us the opportunity to hold a few classes and meet many fun and enthusiastic Equine X Gamers. This gives us hope that next year we will find an even larger number of participants.
In 2010, we will plan for several events through the Summer. Our goal is to announce these much earlier in the year to give people adequate time to plan and train. As always, your input and suggestions are encouraged. The forums here are an excellent way to communicate these to us.
